Abigael is a community development expert with 11 years working in diverse community development programs. She has 5 years’ experience in implementing and managing a harm reduction programs. Her experience in harm reduction programming acted as an eye opener to the glaring gaps in effective programming for women. Abigael has a commitment and passion in transforming marginalized communities and ensuring their voices are heard. She has successfully implemented various advocacy projects including access to viral hepatitis C services for People Who Use Drugs in Kenya. She has a strong research background, project management and resource mobilization.

Abigael says... 'It is my heart’s desire to see a program in place that can address women unique needs holistically and have a community with zero stigma towards people who use drugs'.
